Create an alternative

Description of the Feature

Allows you to create a new clause or schedule that will be available as an alternative to an already existing clause or schedule. Alternatives are, in effect, different versions of the same clause or schedule, among which the user must choose when completing their document, depending on the relevant circumstances.

1. Select the clause or appendix to which an alternative must be added;

2. Click on Alternative ;

   

3. Select the most useful alternative in the circumstances by clicking in the box (the content and properties of the selected alternative will be copied and used as the basis for creating the new alternative);

4. Click on Create from … ;

5. Select the appropriate repository and the language in which you wish to create the alternative;

6. Click on Next ;

7. Modify the alternative as desired;

8. Click on Create;

9. Click on Properties  to add a description and tags.
