This window allows you to create a new organization in the application. The information to be entered when creating an organization is:

1. Name of the organization (mandatory field);

2. Address of the organization (mandatory field);

3. City of the organization (mandatory field);

4. Postal code of the organization (mandatory field);

5. Phone number in Canadian format (mandatory field);

6. Telephone number extension (optional field).
